Diploma in Airline Cost Management

Shrinking yields, unpredictable oil prices, worldwide turmoil, distribution changes, increasing competition. Our industry has been the target of many constraints and challenges, yet it has been continuously battling and successfully reinventing itself to overcome conditions unthinkable to any other sector of the economy.

To help you face the challenges of tomorrow, IATA has developed a Diploma in Airline Cost Management. The courses offered under this Diploma will provide you with the practical tools you need to develop and implement new business models for your organisation.  They will help you implement more efficient cost prevention and reduction plans to ensure the long-term financial viability of your airline.

Diploma Requirements

This Diploma will be awarded by IATA to those who successfully complete four of the following courses within a three-year period.

A candidate must achieve a passing mark of 70% on any assignment or exam. To achieve distinction, a candidate must obtain 90%.

The same elective course cannot be applied to more than 1 Diploma.
