Business Continuity Planning

To enable Civil Aviation Administrators to understand, prepare and validate business continuity scenarios for operations under their control, or under the control of autonomous organizations for which they have an overseeing responsibility.

Course Content

  • The course is divided into two major parts:
    • The first part deals with business continuity management concepts in a risk management context
    • The second part identifies the processes and procedures required to be undertaken to produce a business continuity plan
