Safety and Quality Management Processes

This course is intended for civil aviation administrations and air navigation services providers.  The main features of this course stress that the design of individual safety and quality management systems depend on specific ANS requirements.  However, for the benefits of global harmonization in ANS to be realized, a template tailored to individual needs in particular operating environments will be the basis for this course.
