Creative Project Planning
and Design – Creating a Roadmap
for Success
(Earn 30 PDUs)

Successful project planning requires innovation and creativity. A project management team’s success depends more of their artistic design capability rather than their technical expertise.

Every project is unique, so it requires a unique management approach and the ability to adapt to the ever changing direction from customers, functional managers, and executives. The good news is that the end result is a plan that all stakeholders uderstand and are committed to. The bad news is that the plan will change, soon.

This course offers 30 PDUs towards your Project Management Professional certification and is delivered by a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
