    • Understand the purpose of auditing as part of a Quality and Safety Management System, and its added value to enhance the operational safety and improve operational performance of an airline.
    • Have a sound understanding of the complete audit process and methodology, and acquire auditing techniques.
    • Be able to perform audits and gain objective evidence of an Organisation’s degree of compliance with applicable requirements and standards and to present the results in a clear and concise report.
