Activities in this area include the development of ULD specifications, guidelines, recommendations and other technical material and maintains a central control over the interline movement of its members’ ULDs (IULDUG).

- Study the development and simplification of requirements of airworthiness certification of ULDs and aircraft restraint systems to remove barriers to the full use of ULDs
