Schedule an ISAGO Audit

If you want your ground handling company to schedule, undergo and successfully complete an ISAGO audit, then complete the following steps:

• Download the ISAGO Standards Manual (pdf);
• Familiarize the Corporate Managers with the Organization and Management System (ORM) standards;
• Familiarize the Operations Personnel with the standards (i.e., Load Control (LOD), Passenger Handling (PAX), Aircraft Ground Movement (AGM) and others);
• Complete the ISAGO Audit Request form, including the Declaration of Corporate Structure, Location and Services sheet and the Customer Airlines sheet. Return the completed form via email to isagoauditrequest@iata.org.

Corporate and Station Audits

Your ground handling company must complete a Corporate Audit at the headquarters prior to completing the Station Audits. Depending on the company structure, additional corporate audits may be required at a country and/or regional level.

If your company provides services on a single station co-located within the headquarters, then Corporate and Station operations will be audited simultaneously.
